The application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or sensitive data beyond what is required to support list and attachment operations.

Purpose of Data Use

The collected data is used solely for:

• Creating or updating SharePoint Lists with structured data.
• Managing associated file attachments within SharePoint Document Libraries.
• Storing configuration settings for easier reuse and consistency.

The application does not use data for analytics, advertising, or any form of external sharing.

• The application operates entirely within your Microsoft 365 SharePoint tenant.
