Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our SharePoint and Power Platform services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these technologies and a proven track record in B2B & B2C Sales.


  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that align with their business objectives. 
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of SharePoint and Power Platform services, staying up to date with industry trends and advancements. 
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction. 
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets to the sales manager. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B & B2C sales, preferably in the IT services industry. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
