What you’ll be doing…

SharePoint & SPFx Development

  • Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online and/or on-premises sites, lists, and libraries
  • Develop custom SPFx web parts and extensions using React
  • Build reusable, scalable UI components following SharePoint and Microsoft 365 best practices
  • Integrate SharePoint solutions with external systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
  • Configure site collections, permissions, and document management structures

Power Platform Development

  • Develop low-code business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
  • Automate workflows and approvals using Power Automate across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party systems
  • Create Power BI reports and dashboards for actionable business insights

General Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and governance
  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and end-user training
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SPFx, and Power Platform enhancements

What we require…

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint and Power Platform development
  • Strong experience with SPFx and React for custom SharePoint solutions
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience working with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, and Power FX
  • Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

You stand out if you have…

  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / SharePoint / SPFx)
  • Experience with Power Virtual Agents or advanced automation use cases
  • Strong UI/UX understanding for React, Power Apps, and SharePoint
  • Experience working in Agile teams using Azure DevOps or Git

What you’ll be doing…

  • Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Manage confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit processes
  • Coordinate full & final settlements and exit interviews
  • Handle payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, and benefits
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles and related documentation

What we require…

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

  • Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
  • Experience working with HRMS tools (Keka)
